Demolition of existing "Chester Building" for the creation of a 5 story, 100,000 sq. ft. (with the an exitension to the existing Fenn Hall building) for a new building for the College of Engineering. 

Notes:  

  • No Preliminary Design Review meeting was conducted with staff. 

  • Staff had no knowledge of project until submission e-mail on 3/10/16
